Don Ramble was recently instructed to prosecute Carl D’Arcy at Canterbury Crown Court. 

This was a kidnapping case where the victim was abducted, thrown in the back of a transit van where he was subjected to violence, had a knife held to him and was threatened with having petrol thrown over him. The ordeal lasted a couple of hours before the victim was eventually dumped in a remote location, having been stripped to his tracksuit bottoms.
