Chris May prosecutes bogus taxi driver for Rape at Maidstone Crown Court. The Prosecution say that a 20 year old girl clubber was raped after leaving an Ashford nightclub in the early hours of the morning, having become separated from her group of friends, after getting into a car which she thought was a minicab outside. The driver offered to take her home for £20. Instead, the Crown say he drove her to the deserted Asda carpark and raped her. The trial is now entering its second week.
