Two armed robbers prosecuted by Chris May received very heavy sentences at Canterbury Crown Court on Friday 17th May. Luis Cristo was jailed for 15 years and Jamal Joseph for 12 years for a series of extremely violent armed robberies at travel agents in Kent and Sussex in December 2012. Cristo was arrested having boarded an aircraft at Gatwick to return to his native Portugal. Both had gone on a spree of spending on designer goods at Harrods and Bond Street shops with the proceeds.
