5 St Andrew's Hill is delighted to announce the publication of INTERPOL: Law and Practice by Ben Keith of 5SAH and Rhys Davies of Temple Garden Chambers (Sweet & Maxwell, 2026).
The book is a practitioner's guide to the legal framework that governs INTERPOL: its Constitution, the Rules on the Processing of Data, the notice and diffusion system, the Commission for the Control of Files, and the procedures for challenging a Red Notice or securing the deletion of data. It draws on the authors' experience of acting for individuals targeted by politically motivated notices from states across every region.
Ben and Rhys are co-founders of IHR Advisors and editors of Red Notice Monitor. Ben has acted in cases involving Red Notices, extradition requests and politically motivated prosecutions, and regularly advises individuals and organisations on challenging INTERPOL data and navigating the international justice system.
The book will be launched at the Drawing Room, Inner Temple, on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
