Ben Keith, extradition barrister at 5 St Andrew’s Hill, successfully represented the requested person in extradition proceedings brought by the State of Kuwait, in which serious offences were alleged.
Following representations made on his behalf, the Secretary of State withdrew the certificate issued under section 70 of the Extradition Act 2003, bringing the proceedings to an end and securing his discharge.
