The Court of Appeal Lord Justice Underhill, Lord Justice Dingemans and Lady Justice Elizabeth Laing gave judgment in relation to the issue of credibility, standard of proof and the Devaseelan starting point in a Sri Lankan asylum case. They dismissed the Appellant’s appeal.
