Many congratulations to Rebecca Hill who has been elected to the Defence Extradition Lawyers' Forum (DELF) committee. Rebecca will be chairing a discussion on the erosion of the rule of law in Europe at the DELF Conference on Friday 15 October 2021.
Rebecca has recently been appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit and appointed to the B Panel on the Attorney General's list of Panel Counsel.
Rebecca Hill is a leading practitioner in extradition and international crime who has worked at the forefront of this niche area for more than a decade. Rebecca’s significant expertise in human rights and European law complements her public law practice in which she represents both the Government and individuals in challenges against the State. She regularly acts in cases of the utmost gravity before all levels of Court including the Divisional and Administrative Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
