Oliver Kirk was instructed to defend a lorry driver in relation his alleged involvement in the importation of 50KG (£1.75 million wholesale value) of cocaine hidden under the false floor of the trailer he was pulling into the UK via Dover.

Following requests for disclosure of the Crown and international enquiries undertaken, the prosecution offered no evidence at Canterbury Crown Court. Oliver's client, who had been in custody, was released with a not guilty verdict recorded.

Instructed by Graham and Co of Herne Bay.
