Jose Olivares-Chandler represented a German male of Iranian descent at trial in respect of an allegation that he racially abused two white female English staff members of a midwifery practice and assaulted one of them.

The prosecution case was overwhelming, however, Jose was able to undermine the main complainant's evidence during cross-examination to the extent that the jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty. Jose was instructed by Goldman Bailey solicitors.
