Wendy Hewitt recently represented a medical student who had a fitness to practise matter involving allegations of dishonesty.  At an earlier fitness to practise hearing, the University had terminated his medical studies.

Wendy Hewitt appeared in a successful appeal against the University's decision, with the effect of allowing the student to resume his studies in September.
