Kalyani Kaul Q.C. leading Eleanor Scott instructed by Bailey Garcha Law secure acquittal of Michelle Bird accused of Murder at Birmingham Crown Court. Ms Bird was jointly charged with her boyfriend Lorenzo Simon with the murder of Michael Spalding whose dismembered body was found in a canal. Mr Simon was convicted of Murder.
