Ian Foinette prosecuted the case of a father and son who had been arrested on suspicion of dealing class A drugs.
They were part of a gang of 4 who had been arrested following a 4 month undercover operation and both pleaded guilty. The gang was sentenced to a total of 25 years.
An official from the Serious Crime Unit stated “The sentences reflect the seriousness of the crimes committed and the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate will continue to take action to identify and target such dealers, disrupting their activity and bringing them to justice.”
