Bridget Todd prosecuted this case in which the defendant was confronted during a bungled burglary at a home in Ramsgate.
The victims awoke in the night and confronted Tristan Wood. As he turned to flee, he dropped his bag of “loot” which also contained his contact details and address.
The police later arrested the defendant and he received 18 months.
