Vulnerable voices: The use of intermediaries & advocates in family law proceedings
Join us online at 5.30 pm on Thursday, 9th October 2025, for our 5SAH family law webinar:
A discussion on the use of intermediaries and advocates in family law proceedings. The session will explain how the services function from the inside, how they operate in practice in the family courts, and how we can best use these resources to optimise the participation of vulnerable parties.
The seminar will comprise a panel-style overview of the differences and interplay between the specialisms, as well as a discussion of the latest case law and guidance, and time for questions.
This webinar is for family law practitioners who want to find out more about how intermediaries and advocates can be used in family law proceedings and how they can make a difference to the parties involved.
