A jury at Warwick Crown Court returned guilty verdicts on 22 counts of fraud in a case prosecuted by James Fletcher on behalf of the Security Industry Authority (the body responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK). The Defendant had employed guards at various construction sites across the UK between 2012-2016 without paying them; hiding behind aliases, opaque business structures and excuses to refuse payment.
