Divisional Court give judgment in Albanian extradition case

The Divisional Court (Irwin LJ and Goss J) gave judgment in the case of Beshiri v Albania [2018] EWHC 91 (Admin).  David Josse Q.C. and Ben Keith were instructed by Sarah Phillips at Kaim Todner Solicitors.  The case gave guidance on the use of evidence on appeal where the Appellant was unrepresented at first instance.
