Roger Birch attended the International Child Abduction Conference in Rome. The conference was under the Italian Child Abduction Lawyers Italy (ICALI) organisation. The conference was attended by European Layers who specialise in the field of Child Abduction. Current issues were discussed involving EU: B11 and the Hague Convention together with how the Central Authorities operate in the individual EU Member States.
Roger Birch has a multi-disciplinary practice which combines chancery and commercial, family law and clinical negligence. He is able to draw upon his knowledge from his varied practice to provide comprehensive solutions to those cases which cross the boundaries, such as surrogacy and fertility, complex financial remedies and mental and physical abuse.
