Congratulations to James Dennison who has been elected to the Proceeds of Crime Lawyer's Association (POCLA) committee.
POCLA was established in 2008 to advance, foster and encourage the exchange of information, education and training, in all matters relating to the practice of law involving the proceeds of criminal conduct.
James has over 17 years experience prosecuting in the field of confiscation and asset recovery and is recognised by the Court of Appeal as being an expert in the area.
