Eleanor Scott, instructed by Sonia Weaver, from Shaw Graham Kersh, secured the acquittal of a step-father accused of GBH on his 18 month old step-daughter. The defendant was accused of breaking his stepdaughter's arm. The offence happened in November 2013.
The matter was heard by HHJ Coello at Kingston Crown Court. The jury returned a not guilty verdict in less than an hour.
