Barristers Kevin Dent and David McNeill prosecuted former X-Factor star and R&B performer Nathan Fagan-Gayle for laundering £20,000 of the proceeds of a £600,000 courier ‘vishing’ fraud scam. Mr Fagan-Gayle had received the money into his Barclays account in May 2014 before withdrawing large amounts to cash and circulating £5000 back into his bank account via transfers to 2 other bank accounts. Sentencing is to take place on a day yet to be fixed.

Kevin Dent and David McNeill were instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service Serious Complex Case Unit.
