Catering company Do & Co. Event & Airline Catering Limited was fined almost £25,000 this week for a number of trade effluent breaches putting the public sewer network at risk. John Warrington, prosecuting barrister, informed the court of the company’s historic failure to adhere to the applicable regulations and its continued failure to do so. The court found the company to have been reckless in committing the offences. John was instructed by Thames Water Utilities Limited.
