John Warrington represented a large haulage company faced with a serious breach before the Traffic Commissioner.  It was accepted that the company should retain its licence, therefore allowing the business to continue to run.

John Warrington acted on behalf of D Ltd, a successful haulage company, and its sole director in respect of an allegation of a serious breach of the legislation related to goods vehicles.  The commissioner accepted John’s submission to consider the circumstances of the breach and the company’s past record in allowing the firm to retain its licence and avoid being put out of business.  An application to vary the licence in order to expand the company’s operation was also heard and allowed in full.
