James Vine attended the offices of Smith & Williamson to address a number of Senior Executives from local businesses on the Bribery Act 2010.
The Bribery Act 2010 came into effect on the 1st July 2011 and James provided much insight into the practical issues of complying with the Bribery Act, what the defence of "Adequate Procedures" means for business and giving guidance on the design and implementation of such procedures.
