Louisa Collins is a well-regarded and established specialist extradition barrister, acting both on behalf of requested persons and foreign governments. She has a wealth of knowledge, having practiced in this area since 2008, dealing with complex cases from numerous jurisdictions, including the USA, Moldova, Armenia, India, UAE, Turkey, Nigeria as well as the full spectrum of European countries. Louisa has been ranked in Chambers and Partners since 2017 as a leader in the field of extradition at the London Bar.  Louisa is also ranked in Legal 500 for her work in international crime and extradition. She is on the Attorney General’s Panel of B Counsel. She regularly advises on challenging INTERPOL Red Notices and has assisted in negotiating prisoner-transfer arrangements. Recent instructions include cases raising issues of torture, human trafficking, politically-motivated criminal proceedings, corporate crime and large scale multi-jurisdictional frauds.

Natasha Draycott is one of the most highly regarded and sought-after juniors at the UK Bar.  Natasha Draycott was nominated as Crime and Extradition junior of the year (2022), at the Legal 500, UK Bar Awards. Her practice is focused on Extradition and International Crime and Public Law. She is recognised as a leader in her field by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. She was appointed to the prestigious Attorney General Panel in 2021. Natasha’s case load consists entirely of multijurisdictional work and predominantly “Part 2” cases. Natasha acts in complex and serious matters such as murder, terrorism, modern slavery, financial crime and serious sexual offences. Her cases often involve politically and financially sensitive issues and she is very experienced in challenging INTERPOL Red Notices. Roger Burlingame is a partner at Dechert LLP, where he focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters and related civil litigation. A former high-ranking prosecutor for the US Department of Justice and seasoned trial lawyer, he is consistently recognized as the leading lawyer for UK and EMEA-based clients facing US government criminal and regulatory investigations ("the go-to guy for any case with a US angle", says Chambers & Partners).  Roger has long experience leading the US defence of UK residents facing extradition to the US, including most notably Navinder Sarao, the so-called “Hound of Hounslow”, who received a year of home confinement following his conviction for allegedly causing the trillion dollar “Flash Crash” of 2010.
