Jose defends vulnerable client at the Old Bailey

At the Old Bailey, Jose successfully defended a vulnerable client with mental health difficulties who faced allegations of rape involving another resident within supported accommodation. The case raised complex issues concerning the assessment of evidence, the vulnerabilities of those involved, and the careful presentation of the defence case before the jury.

Following trial, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts.
