Jose was instructed by the CPS to prosecute a male physiotherapist at trial who was accused of sexually assaulting 6 former female patients over an 6 year period.

After an 11 day trial, the jury returned swift verdicts of guilty in respect of all counts. The offences took place at a variety of clinics when the defendant was working both for the NHS and privately.
