Dan Jones, defending in a trial at Southwark Crown Court, secured the acquittal of his client who was accused of attempting to murder an acquaintance. 
 
The victim sustained 15 separate stab wounds to the head, face and throat.
 
Whilst his client accepted assaulting the victim, causing the serious injuries, he denied having an intent to kill him. 
 
Following a trial at Southwark Crown Court, the jury acquitted Dan's client of attempted murder. Dan was instructed by Martin Lee of EBR Attridge Solicitors.
 
This follows a series of successful outcomes for Dan. In the last six weeks, he has been successful in all four trials he has been instructed in, including prosecuting an unprovoked acid attack against two innocent bystanders and defending an allegation of possession with intent to supply Class A.
