Ben Keith appeared for the Secretary of State in the case of Huson v Secretary of State for the Home Department (Entry Clearance Officer)  EWHC 885 (Admin). A Judicial Review examining the issue of Polygamous marriages in Nationality claims. This case included examination of the Guidance on Polygamous marriages and the issue of domicile relating to these types of nationality claims.
