Ouseley J allows another 5SAH Article 8 extradition appeal in PODOLSKI v Poland.
On 1 November 2013 Ouseley J overturned the extradition order of District Judge Devas, finding that extradition to enforce a two year sentence for theft and burglary committed over a decade ago would be a disproportionate interference with the rights of the Appellant, his partner and their 4 year old Daughter.
