On the 27th June, Chambers hosted a seminar setting out the issues faced by Local Authorities when prosecuting cases involving breaches in planning and the illegal dumping of waste.
Roger Birch, Francesca Levett & Ini Udom were the speakers at this event.
This seminar was aimed at the London Borough Legal Alliance but also had attendee’s from other boroughs and councils.
