The day will end with a ‘Question Time’ style panel discussion on the POCA reforms recommended following the Law Commission review of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.  
 
Our panel of experts will be chaired by Kennedy Talbot KC and includes Gary Pons, John Binns, Lauren Bowkett, Gabriel Greene of GMcG Chartered Accountants and Allison Morris, Crime Correspondent for the Belfast Telegraph. Attendees are invited to submit questions before the event.
 
Following the event there will be a networking reception hosted by Shoosmiths.
