On 11 January 2024 Ben Keith wrote to INTERPOL on behalf of Bill Browder the leader of the Global Magnitsky Justice Campaign to demand that they not post any Red Notice from China or Hong Kong.

As last week Mr Browder was named as a "co-conspirator" with Jimmy Lai in Hong Kong as part of the politically motivated National Security case.
