Overview
Georgina prosecutes and defends in a wide range of criminal cases. Her experience includes violent offences, drugs, public order, dishonest, weapons and sexual offences. She also has expertise in representing young people in the Youth Court, having represented individuals charged with robbery, aggravated burglary and crimes of a sexual nature.
Georgina joined Chambers in October 2025 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of David Williams, John Oliver and Barnaby Hone.
Prior to starting pupillage, Georgina worked as a paralegal in the extradition department at a criminal defence firm in London.

R v NB, Bromley Magistrates’ Court [2025]
Secured an acquittal for a man charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place.
R v JD, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court [2025]
Secured an acquittal for a man charged with possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.
R v KG, Bromley Magistrates’ Court [2025]
Represented a man charged with causing criminal damage to a police vehicle. Successfully cross-examined two police officers resulting in the Crown offering no evidence at the close of the prosecution case.
R v TP, Westminster Magistrates’ Court [2025]
Represented a man facing a mandatory minimum sentence for a second possession of a bladed article charge. The Judge was persuaded to depart from the mandatory minimum immediate custodial sentence and instead suspend the sentence.
R v GI, Snaresbrook Crown Court [2025]
Secured a 2-year custodial sentence suspended for 2 years for a man who pleaded guilty to robbery. The starting point was 4 years.
