Andre began his pupillage in October 2026 under the supervision of Francesca Levett.

Before commencing pupillage, Andre worked as a parliamentary staffer to a Member of Parliament and the Minister for Policing and Crime. In this role he led on complex MOJ and crime-related casework, and facilitated pro bono legal clinics for constituents facing eviction proceedings.

Prior to this, Andre interned at the National Pro Bono Centre, where he worked on a research project and reformed the Centre’s database to map pro bono services across the UK. He also acted as a volunteer advocate with the School Exclusion Project, during which he represented families challenging permanent exclusion decisions.
