  • Natasha was a Family Duty Adviser and Housing Duty Adviser at Willesden County Court. Her role included advising and representing clients in non-molestation orders, child arrangements orders and possession proceedings.

Natasha's main practice is family and she accepts instructions in all aspects of family work (matrimonial, children and international family matters). Her background in crime and professional negligence has made her particularly skilled at dealing with vulnerable witnesses and sensitive issues. 

Natasha routinely represents parties in private proceedings involving child arrangements orders, non-molestation orders and occupation orders.

She has extensive experience in care proceedings and a growing practice in Forced Marriage Protection Orders and FGM Protection Orders.

She has a particular interest in family cases involving an international element and has experience in child abduction and child relocation work. Natasha also accepts instructions in divorce and matrimonial finance.

Successfully represented a local authority in the High Court in obtaining an injunction to stop the mother from posting details about care proceedings concerning her child on social media.

Poland v L

Successfully resisted extradition to Poland on accusation and conviction warrants on Article 8 grounds.
