Additional Information

Maeve had a successful career before coming to the Bar as a solicitor both prosecuting and defending.

Maeve has a particular interest in Human Rights, Extradition and International Criminal Law.

Maeve was a solicitor on the case of Brown & others v Government of Rwanda [2017] EWHC 1912 (Admin). One of the few examples in English law of a successful challenge to extradition on the grounds of Article 6 (right to a fair trial).
