Cash Forfeiture Seminar

On the 20th Novermber 2008, James Fletcher, Gary Pons and Sunil Rupasinha presented a seminar to members of the Metropolitan Police Legal Services that explored three particular aspects of Cash Forfeiture Law: the powers of seizure, whether the proceeds of tax evasion may be forfeited and how to deal with applications for costs.   The seminar took place in 5 St Andrew's Hill seminar room.   After the event, the lawyers enjoyed a buffett and a few glasses of wine.
