Seminar on the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002

On Wednesday 28 November 2007 Andrew Bird and Harry Hewitt presented a seminar as part of Goldman Sachs' Legal and Management Controls Division training programme.  

Andrew spoke about the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 as it is likely to look in 2008 and Harry spoke on the SARs regime and tipping off provisions.  Despite a relatively early start that morning there was a good turnout in Goldman's auditorium in their Fleet St offices together with a number of live links to their various offices in Asia,  India and Europe. 

Andrew and Harry have been invited to take part in the programme again next year.
