By combining long experience and the latest technology, the Clerks offer a 24-hour service providing professional and lay clients with Counsel of their choice. The Clerks' room is fully computerised, running the Meridian diary and fees system. The Clerks can accept instructions by phone, fax or e-mail, and are equipped with ISDN photocopiers that can scan and e-mail large volumes of paperwork. They can also be contacted via Skype on ianat5sah.

William Lavell and Gary Norton have worked together as Senior Clerk and First Junior for 20 years. This impressive consistency ensures a comprehensive knowledge and experience of the individual members of chambers, and they always endeavour to ensure that the right Counsel is matched with the right case.
