Profile

Serena's practice includes prosecuting and defending all aspects of crime. She has specialist knowledge of cases involving the proceeds of crime including asset forfeiture confiscation. She has been involved in numerous cases working for Revenue and Customs and the Metropolitan Police as well as other government departments. Serena has also been involved in a number of credit card and benefit fraud cases.

Serena is frequently instructed in personal injury matters and conducts trials all over the country.

Serena has also conducted several courts' martial and has an in depth knowledge of many aspects of military law.
