Alex defends and prosecutes in equal measure.

His defence practice has a particular emphasis on drug importation and serious violence. Instructing Solicitors have repeatedly expressed confidence in his abilities in dealing with clients with mental health issues and learning difficulties. Alex also regularly defends in private client road traffic matters.

He has appeared for a variety of prosecution agencies across the South East and beyond: CPS, RCPO, DWP, Local Authorities, Probation Services and Police Forces. He is experienced in Asset Forfeiture (POCA, CEMA) matters, having appeared for state agencies and private respondents. He is on the Attorney-General’s List of Prosecution Advocates.
