Profile

As Standing Counsel to Revenue and Customs, Vivian prosecutes the most serious of their cases.

She is also a Grade 4 CPS prosecutor and approved counsel for the Fraud Prosecution Service.   In 2004 she successfully completed the treasury counsel monitoring scheme.   During the monitoring period she was involved in the prosecution of nearly twenty murders in the Central Criminal Court, as well as cases on behalf of Operation Trident and Attorney General's References in the Court of Appeal

She has undertaken work on behalf of CPS special casework, including the prosecution of police officers.

She has also undertaken asset recovery work in the magistrates' court (cash forfeiture).
