Profile

As Standing Counsel to RCPO Andrew is involved in the prosecution of the most serious Revenue and Customs offences.

His criminal practice extends to other white collar crime, in particular to money-laundering and other serious fraud, local authority prosecutions, and also to wildlife crime.

He undertakes Asset Recovery work in the Magistrates Court (cash forfeiture) and the High Court (Civil Recovery of the Proceeds of Crime). His practice also includes Enforcement of Confiscation Orders, Restraint, Receivership and Certificates of Inadequacy.
