Profile

Following successful completion of pupillage in 2009, Hannah accepted an invitation to join Chambers and has developed a strong practice in both crime and common law. 

Hannah is regularly instructed to both prosecute and defend in magistrates’ courts and Crown Courts throughout London and the south-eastern circuit.  She has particular experience in youth court trials and in dealing with vulnerable witnesses.  As a defence advocate Hannah has successfully represented defendants charged with a variety of offences, including supply of Class A drugs, public order charges and theft. 

Hannah undertakes prosecution cases on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions, local authorities, Probation service and is a Grade 1 CPS Prosecutor.   

Hannah also regularly accepts instructions to represent requested persons at extradition hearing and on appeal to the High Court and serving prisoners at adjudication hearings.
