We are sad to report that after more than 30 years in Chambers, David Ross has decided to retire.

Chambers would like to take this opportunity to wish him all the best for the future.

On the 27th January 2012 Mark Cotter of 5 St Andrew's Hill acted for the prosecution in a modern day reenactment of the sentence hearing of infamous 1960's play writer Joe Orton.

On 16th January 2012, District Judge Barron, sitting at the Hammersmith Magistrates' Court, stayed two summonses prosecuted by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as an abuse of the process of the court.
