Harry Hewitt Prosecuted An Organised Crime Group At Blackfriars Crown Court
Harry Hewitt prosecuted an organised crime group at Blackfriars Crown Court in February 2012 in a large-scale, late-night train, conspiracy to steal which ended in the four principal defendants changing their pleas to guilty at the end of the first week of the trial. The offending occurred over a 2.5 years period. The group was made up of a number of members of one Romanian family. DC Weekes said: These men are career criminals who worked in a co-ordinated and organised manner. The defendants will be sentenced in April.
On the 27th January 2012 Mark Cotter of 5 St Andrew's Hill acted for the prosecution in a modern day reenactment of the sentence hearing of infamous 1960's play writer Joe Orton.

John Warrington secures stay of proceedings against the UK's largest water supplier
On 16th January 2012, District Judge Barron, sitting at the Hammersmith Magistrates' Court, stayed two summonses prosecuted by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as an abuse of the process of the court.
