Chambers clerks are a valuable part of the running of Chambers. By combining long experience and the latest technology, the Clerks offer a 24-hour service providing professional and lay clients with Counsel of their choice.
They are unrivalled in clerking facilities in terms of size and equipment. It is fully computerised, running the Meridian diary and fees system. The Clerks accept instructions by phone, fax or e-mail, and are equipped with high capacity scanners that scan and e-mail large volumes of paperwork. Chambers is equipped with wireless technology and the latest in networking solutions enabling us to transfer large quantities of information instantly.
Chambers boasts video conferencing facilities, allowing us to have conferences with Courts, Prisons and Solicitors offices up and down the UK.
Chambers consists of 6 floors. Three have been divided into air-conditioned rooms offering a light and spacious working environment. The top floor is an innovative hot-desking space to ensure that our Barristers always have somewhere to work and keep in contact with those instructing at all times. The roof terrace offers stunning views over St Paul's and the city.
The ground floor contains the reception area, waiting room and the clerks' room.
The lower ground floor is dedicated to conference and seminar facilities. We have 3 fully air-conditioned rooms that allow for conferences of up to 20 people.
