Philip has a wide experience acting for individuals, corporations and government departments both claimants and defendants.

Philip's principal areas of practice are all aspects of property matters including chancery, commercial, construction, landlord and tenant and professional negligence arising out of these areas and clinical negligence.

His particular interest lies in cases with a substantial technical, scientific and/or medical element.

He is also experienced in consumer law including travel law and associated criminal offences.

Philip is known for having an eye for detail and is liked for his ability to give commercially sound advice and find practical solutions to difficult problems.
