Mark's practice is split between Immigration and Crime.
Mark has advised and represented across a wide range of immigration cases. He has been instructed in Court of Appeal and High Court cases, as well as "country guidance" cases in the old IAT and before Immigration Judges.
Mark's criminal practice focuses on prosecuting for HMRC, CPS and DWP. He has also advised on private prosecutions. Mark has a particular interest in public law and criminal issues relating to Christian belief.
